September 30, 2026 Update

A community stakeholder group has been established by ZeroV in the Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD) to strengthen the community’s response to domestic violence services and establish a new state-designated domestic violence organization to meet the needs of survivors in the community.

The group is working collaboratively to develop a sustainable structure for responding to domestic violence and supporting survivors throughout the region with the ultimate goal of launching a new domestic violence entity (or program).

Members represent a broad range of community partners, including law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocates, health care providers, elected officials, local government, courts, community organizations, and other agencies. Participating organizations include the Radcliff Police Department, Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Hardin County Attorney’s Office, Administrative Office of the Courts, Kentucky State Police, Elizabethtown Police Department, City of Elizabethtown, United Way of Central Kentucky, Central Kentucky Community Action Council, Lincoln Trail Area Development District, Silverleaf, Baptist Health Hardin, the Nelson County Circuit Clerk’s Office, Fort Knox, and state legislature (senator and representative).

The workgroup is preparing to advertise for an Executive Director position in October. The hired position will engage with ZeroV and the community stakeholder's workgroup on establishing the next steps for the local organization.

Temporary Services Plan for Lincoln Trail ADD

Last Updated: June 30, 2026; 9:00 am

Beginning July 1, 2026, survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse in the Lincoln Trail Area Development District (Lincoln Trail ADD) will access services through neighboring ZeroV member programs.

As this plan is implemented, there may be some shifts in which programs provide which services. If any changes are made, ZeroV and our member programs will communicate any changes to the community. This webpage will have the most up-to-date information. Please note the “Last Updated” date and time at the top of this page.

  • For crisis calls, crisis services, and domestic violence referrals in the Lincoln Trail ADD, call 1-877-949-0515 starting July 1.
    • An advocate from GreenHouse17 will respond to immediate safety needs, including safety planning; options for temporary shelter if the safety risk is immediate; referrals to community partners in the Lincoln Trail ADD; and a warm handoff to the domestic violence program providing domestic violence services in the Lincoln Trail ADD.
    • GreenHouse17 crisis line advocates will conduct an initial assessment and provide appropriate referrals, including referrals to a ZeroV member program for ongoing support.

  • For survivors in Marion, Washington, and Nelson counties, Bethany House Abuse Shelter will provide ongoing services, community referrals, and case management.

  • For survivors in Meade and Breckinridge counties, The Center for Women and Families will provide ongoing services, community referrals, and case management.

  • For survivors in Grayson, Hardin, and Larue counties, Barren River Area Safe Space (BRASS) will provide ongoing services, community referrals, and case management.

  • For survivor support groups, GreenHouse17 will be providing access to virtual support groups for survivors in the Lincoln Trail ADD. Survivors can learn more about virtual support groups by calling the Lincoln Trail ADD crisis line at 1-877-949-0515.

  • For legal advocacy, survivors should call the Lincoln Trail ADD crisis line at 1-877-949-0515. If they already have an advocate at a neighboring program serving their county, they can work with that advocate on their options for court advocacy.

ZeroV, Greenhouse17, Bethany House Abuse Shelter, The Center for Women and Families, and BRASS are focused on providing immediate emergency services and are working closely with community partners to use referrals for wraparound services.

This plan will be in effect until a new entity is designated.

ZeroV understands that no one knows the community better than community members and stakeholders; ZeroV is committed to working closely with them to ensure that information is communicated and services remain uninterrupted. If anyone has questions or concerns about services for domestic and intimate partner abuse survivors, please reach out to Beth Horne, [email protected]rg.
