KY Gives Day 2026
Join ZeroV as we take part in KY Gives Day 2026 on Tuesday, May 12, to raise funds for ZeroV's Survivor Support Fund, formerly Flex Fund.
ZeroV’s Survivor Support Fund provides financial assistance for emergency needs not covered by housing grants, such as medical services, transportation, and housing.
Now more than ever, ZeroV needs donations to support survivors in our statewide housing program.
In fiscal year 2025, ZeroV’s Housing Team assisted 460 individuals, including adult survivors and their children. In 2026, ZeroV Housing plans to expand its program to accommodate 230 additional households in ZeroV-supported housing, in addition to the hundreds of households it currently serves.
Economic security is crucial for survivors as they work to create new, safe lives for themselves and their children. However, unexpected expenses such as car repairs, doctor's visits, and groceries can threaten their financial stability and overall safety. Survivor Support Funds provide essential assistance, helping survivors overcome the financial obstacles and continue on their path to achieving the secure futures they and their families deserve.

KY Gives Day 101
"WHAT is KY Gives Day?" KY Gives Day is an annual day of giving dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations in Central Kentucky.
“WHO should I ask?” Friends, family, social networks, faith communities, colleagues – anyone in any of your networks is a great candidate for your fundraising asks!
- Fundraisers are excellent opportunities to strengthen relationships within your network.
- Many people in your personal and professional circles appreciate being invited to support your work, passions, and the causes that matter to you.
- Even if these emails do not lead to donations, they are a great way to raise awareness and highlight your vital role in our efforts to IPV!
“WHEN should I make my fundraising asks?” Early and often on our big day, Tuesday, May 12, 2026!
“WHY fundraise?” To support survivors! When you fundraise for ZeroV, you’re taking an active role in supporting the lives of survivors and their children in ZeroV Housing.
Thanks so much for your support! With your help, we can raise critical funding that supports survivors and further our movement to end IPV in our homes, our communities, and our Commonwealth.
