Safe Harbor Candlelight Vigil

Join Safe Harbor for their Candlelight Vigil Ceremony to honor the victims who lost their lives to domestic violence this year. Additionally, community members who have supported Safe Harbor over the year will be honored during Safe Harbor's White Ribbon Ceremony. This year Safe Harbor will be honoring Send Relief, Unity Baptist Church, and Tiffay Siebert BCPL. This event will take place on October 23, from 5 PM-7 PM, at the Harbor Hill Cafeteria.
