DOVES hosts its Candlelight Vigil/Speak My Name Event to remember the lives lost to domestic violence. This event will be held at the Gateway Children's Advocacy Center at 310 E. Main Street, Morehead, KY 40351, taking place immediately following the MSU Homecoming Parade on October 10th
